Sometimes the biggest changes in life begin with a simple conversation. A veces, los cambios más grandes de la vida comienzan con una conversación sencilla.

Miguel's journey into international real estate began unexpectedly on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, where he first became fascinated with the idea of helping people build a new life across the border. After 17 years in the construction industry and a career in the military, Miguel decided it was time for a new mission. He left construction, retired from military service, and pursued a career in real estate with one goal in mind: to become an international real estate professional and eventually call the beautiful coastal region of Nuevo Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta home. El camino de Miguel hacia el sector inmobiliario internacional comenzó de manera inesperada en un crucero a Cozumel, México, donde por primera vez se fascinó con la idea de ayudar a las personas a construir una nueva vida al otro lado de la frontera. Después de 17 años en la industria de la construcción y de una carrera en el ejército, Miguel decidió que era hora de una nueva misión. Dejó la construcción, se retiró del servicio militar y se dedicó a los bienes raíces con un solo objetivo en mente: convertirse en un profesional inmobiliario internacional y, con el tiempo, hacer de la hermosa región costera de Nuevo Nayarit y Puerto Vallarta su hogar.

Then he met Julissa. Entonces conoció a Julissa.

For 15 years, Julissa was a middle-school teacher in León, Guanajuato, dedicating herself to her students while raising her children as a single mother. She was preparing to begin her MBA in Education when her path crossed with Miguel's. Durante 15 años, Julissa fue maestra de secundaria en León, Guanajuato, dedicándose a sus estudiantes mientras criaba a sus hijos como madre soltera. Estaba a punto de comenzar su MBA en Educación cuando su camino se cruzó con el de Miguel.

They met, fell in love, and Miguel shared his dream with her—the dream of becoming an international real estate agent and building a new life on Mexico's Pacific coast. Se conocieron, se enamoraron y Miguel compartió con ella su sueño: el sueño de convertirse en agente inmobiliario internacional y construir una nueva vida en la costa del Pacífico de México.

Julissa could have asked him to stay with what was familiar. Instead, she encouraged him to follow his dream. Julissa pudo haberle pedido que se quedara con lo conocido. En cambio, lo animó a seguir su sueño.

And then she made a remarkable decision of her own. Y entonces tomó una decisión extraordinaria por su cuenta.

Although it meant leaving behind the students she loved, the teaching career she had built, and a life she knew well, Julissa chose to follow her husband into a new chapter—a new part of Mexico, a new career, and a completely new direction for their family. Aunque significaba dejar atrás a los estudiantes que amaba, la carrera docente que había construido y una vida que conocía bien, Julissa eligió seguir a su esposo hacia un nuevo capítulo: una nueva parte de México, una nueva carrera y un rumbo completamente nuevo para su familia.

Together, they turned that dream into a mission. Juntos convirtieron ese sueño en una misión.

Building Something Together Construyendo algo juntos

Miguel and Julissa founded EndEx Home Group, the Mexican-side collaborating company with Veteran Freedom Relocation (VFR). Miguel y Julissa fundaron EndEx Home Group, la empresa colaboradora del lado mexicano de Veteran Freedom Relocation (VFR).

The mission is simple: help people make the transition to Mexico with confidence. La misión es simple: ayudar a las personas a hacer la transición a México con confianza.

Veteran Freedom Relocation helps Veterans and other Americans on the U.S. side by answering questions, helping them understand the process, and getting them properly qualified and prepared for their move or investment. Veteran Freedom Relocation ayuda a los veteranos y a otros estadounidenses del lado de EE. UU. respondiendo sus preguntas, ayudándolos a entender el proceso y dejándolos debidamente calificados y preparados para su mudanza o inversión.

Once they are ready to make the move, EndEx Home Group receives them in Mexico, helping them find the right property, navigate the local market, understand the culture, and guide them through the process of establishing their new life. Cuando están listos para dar el paso, EndEx Home Group los recibe en México: los ayuda a encontrar la propiedad adecuada, a moverse con confianza en el mercado local, a entender la cultura y los acompaña en el proceso de establecer su nueva vida.

At the heart of it all is family. En el centro de todo está la familia.

Miguel serves as President and Founder. Julissa is Co-Founder, Chief of Operations, and Director of Cultural Affairs. Together, they are raising and working alongside a blended family of six children—each with a role in the business and a stake in the dream they are building together. Miguel funge como presidente y fundador. Julissa es cofundadora, directora de Operaciones y directora de Asuntos Culturales. Juntos crían y trabajan con una familia ensamblada de seis hijos, cada uno con un rol en el negocio y una parte del sueño que están construyendo en equipo.
